Katie Martin

Katie is an award winning Senior Sales Executive and 2nd generation Real Estate Agent. Katie has extensive sales experience, highly trained in negotiation and sales processes, she has been able to adopt these skills and knowledge into her real estate career. This experience combined with a strong customer-centric approach, has proven time and time again to have exceeded her clients’ expectations, therefore resulting in sale prices in many situations, to have exceeded market conditions. Katie’s personality, sense of humour and empathy enables her to easily relate to people, she has a very easy going nature, simply, just really cares for people and their needs. Katie started in real estate in 1987 as a junior weekend receptionist. After completing her HSC, worked as the Senior Property Manager/BDM in her mothers’ 3 real estate offices, managing a portfolio of investors, assisting with purchasing, and selling investment properties. In 1998, Katie was awarded an accreditation from the REIV for achieving high standards and maintaining strong customer service.

With a passion for sales, Katie worked for 8 years as a Sales Executive/Territory Manager for an international company, winning many awards for highest achievements, Katie maintained the position as top salesperson for QLD, within the top 3 sales and top repeat business in Australia 5 years running. Katies high achievements and standards earned her a promotion to QLD Regional Territory Manager.

In 2012 Katie restarted her Real Estate career, quickly becoming one of Cairns Souths’ leading agents. Katie was described by the No. 1 Real Estate Coach in Australia and News Corp General Manager as a ‘World-class marketing agent’. Katie is highly driven, enthusiastic, and extremely passionate about real estate, always striving to achieve high standards and top results, nothings ever too difficult, she just works harder. Katie’s normally the first to start and the last to leave, together with her results, she’s earned the nickname “The Machine”.

Recently relocating to Brisbane, Katie is rejoining Australia’s #1 agency, and the brand where she first started her real estate career as a teenager, Ray White.
